QP Semi offers a family of DSCC / DESC approved ECL products using Motorola / ON Semiconductor die.
QP Semi is currently reverse engineering the Motorola, 10K, 10KH and 100K MECL family and plans to have initial products available in Q4 2004. ECL products are available in hermetic packages including ceramic DIP, LCC, and Flatpack. All approved products are manufactured by QP Semi using MIL-PRF-38535 or MIL-STD-883 certified die.
