QP Semiconductor offers a broad line of military DSCC approved high-speed CMOS PROM products. CMOS PROM products range from 4K to 512K density and are available in UV-erasable and OTP versions. QP Semiconductor, Cypress and Waferscale die are offered. Products using Waferscale die are exclusive to Arrow Electronics and must be ordered from Arrow/Zues North American Distributer. All CMOS PROM products are manufactured by QP Semiconductor using QP Semiconductor or Cypress QML certified die or Waferscale MIL-STD-883 compliant die.

All QP Semiconductor programmable products have the die manufacturers name marked in a 3 letter code on the back side of the package in order to select the appropriate programming algorithm. Download AppNote Backside Die Coding for the list of codes.
