QP Semi offers a broad family of military DSCC approved high-speed BiPolar PROM products. BiPolar PROM products range from 256-bit to 64K density. Our BiPolar PROM family features Signetics / Philips BiPolar die using either Ni-Cr fuses or Generic II fuses. Other BiPolar PROM products are available with Raytheon / Fairchild die. QP Semi is currently reverse engineering the Signetics / Philips BiPolar PROM family and has qualified selected devices with additional programmable devices in design and qualification presently. All approved BiPolar PROM products are manufactured by QP Semi to MIL-PRF-38535 or MIL-STD-883 requirements.
All QP Semi programmable products have the die manufacturers name marked in a 3 letter code on the back side of the package in order to select the appropriate programming algorithm. Download AppNote Backside Die Coding for the list of codes.
